WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
When we meet 1:1 for a Discovery Call, we will work together to determine how you will be served best and your investment will be discussed during this call. I have so many flexible payment options for those that may need it, so please trust we will work through what serves you and your personal situation. I am not here to make working with me difficult. I am here to challenge you to find the resources to make the investment in yourself because you are worth it!
WHAT IS COACHING?
The way I describe coaching is like a garden. Our garden is our life. Coaching helps you figure out what the garden needs to bring it back to the healthy, green, alive, colorful state we all enjoy. It's getting your hands in the soil, taking out the rocks, replacing soil, digging up weeds from the roots, planting new flowers and nursing old ones back to vitality. We are a team, and I support you in figuring out what you need in order to live as the inherently worthy being you are.
WHAT IS MASTERY METHOD COACHING?
Mastery Method focuses on supporting the client to gain awareness, moving towards acceptance and figuring out next aligned action steps. This is gained through 5 levels, Somatic, Emotional, Mindset, Behavioral and Unconscious; which help you reach optimum results.
WHO NEEDS COACHING?
Anyone who wants to move from the past, with compassionate self forgiveness, and really live freely in the present moment, benefits from Coaching. When we take a closer look at blocks, and up level blocks that don't need to be removed, we can move forward with empowered confidence.
