I am so grateful you are here.
I've been successfully coaching clients virtually and in the Dallas, Texas area supporting their growth journey and transitions in life. My support introduces you to the journey of connection with tools that lovingly carry on beyond our coaching relationship.
My coaching journey began because of my parenting, and I quickly recognized that niching into one specific topic wasn't my thing when we don't just live through one thing, or transition from one thing, life is EVERYthing. My life specifically has transitions in parenting, healing relationships with my Mama + Sister, separation, divorce, co-parenting, inner child work, being the Mama of an LGBTQ+ child, and a neurodivergent child among so much more honestly! So, how can I just settle on one thing to support? Right now, it isn't the path I feel called or led to as far as niching goes. And I have learned that my calling is to share my experiences and those who need my support and coaching, will find me.
I am the Coach who has experienced everything that I share and teach my clients because it is important to me that I am honest when I say I understand or that I get it / know. I allow my intuition to guide me, and honor my client's intuition as well for and during each session.
I have invested and continue to invest in myself so that I can be the most authentic version of myself and serve from this space as your Coach.

Erica was referred to me by my closest friend a year ago. I had seen therapists before and didn’t understand the difference between what a therapist and a connection coach was, and I was hesitant to see Erica because she wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. The first session was a gift, so I decided to give it a chance. Whoa was I blown away!
In the very first session, Erica was able to crack through walls I didn’t even know I had up. I was shocked. I left that session reeling with hopeful energy. Up until then, I always thought I was quite grounded and honest with myself. I was even complimented by my friends for being so.
